Pacific mussels, little neck clams, smoked gulf shrimp & Mahi-Mahi, simmered with caramelized fennel, basil stem, cherry tomato puree, chili peppers & cabernet sauvignon, drizzled with lemon zest aioli and served with grilled ciabatta toast.
- Grilled Lamb Chops
Pine-nut & mustard seed encrusted petite lamb chops w/ apple mint chutney, smoked sugar maple quinoa & sautéed flowering kale.
- Tenderloin of Minnesota Pork
Apple cider & cinnamon marinated grilled pork tenderloin medallions with a smoked tomato chili sauce, grilled roasted granny smith apple & brie polenta wedge & sautéed flowering kale.
- Blood Orange Marmalade Chicken
100% all natural, organic chicken thighs, grilled and roasted and served on wild mushroom risotto topped with blood orange marmalade with sautéed flowering kale.
